Character & Account Deletion
Every burden has its end. If you want to stop playing Blade's Burden and remove your data from our servers, you have two options depending on how complete a removal you want.
Deleting a character or account is permanent. Your Soulbound units, progression, virtual currency, items, gacha pity counters, guild membership, and friend connections will be lost and cannot be restored. No refunds will be issued for any past purchases of soul shards or other items.
You can delete any character you've made from inside Blade's Burden — no email required, no waiting period.
Note: Deleting your last character does not delete your sign-in account. Use Option 2 below for full account removal.
To remove your sign-in account and all characters associated with it, submit a request below or email us directly at baladidoggames@gmail.com. We will action the request within 30 days and confirm by email.
Deletion requests are processed in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA, where those laws apply to you. Residents of those jurisdictions also have the right to request access to, correction of, or a copy of their personal data — see Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
Fill out this form and we'll verify the request using the email on your sign-in provider. Expect a confirmation within a few business days and full removal within 30 days.
